FisherBroyles Ranked No. 7 in Corporate Control Alert’s 2025 Banker Representation League Table
Apr 14, 2026
Firm Also Recognized in The Deal’s Fourth-Quarter 2025 M&A Rankings
ATLANTA—(April 14, 2026)—FisherBroyles, LLP, the world’s first and one of the largest distributed law firms, has been ranked No. 7 in the March 2026 edition of Corporate Control Alert’s league tables for 2025 full-year banker representations.
The rankings recognize law firms based on the number of M&A transactions for which they represented investment banks providing advice on the deals. FisherBroyles was credited with a total of 15 banker representations in 2025.
The Corporate Control Alert rankings evaluate law firms by deal count, with credit awarded once per deal even when multiple bankers are represented. The tables reflect work performed between January 1 and December 31, 2025, with aggregate transactional value used as a secondary metric to break ties.
In addition, FisherBroyles was ranked No. 42 in the fourth-quarter 2025 M&A league tables published by The Deal. These rankings cover transactions announced between January 1 and December 31, 2025, and are based on deal volume, with total transaction value used as a tiebreaker.
“Achieving a top 10 ranking in Corporate Control Alert’s banker representation league table reflects the strength of our M&A practice, the hard work of partner H. H. Sean Wee and the trust our investment banking clients place in us,” said Jess Bahs, managing partner of corporate and chair of tax at FisherBroyles. “Our presence in The Deal’s league tables underscores the firm’s ability to deliver sophisticated, high-value counsel on complex transactions while maintaining the efficiency that defines our distributed model.”
A member of FisherBroyles’ corporate department and the firm’s mergers and acquisitions practice, Wee joined FisherBroyles in 2022 and has represented M&A financial advisors for over 20 years.
