On October 24, 2025, Jayne R. Reardon will be facilitating a two-hour in person workshop sponsored by the Oklahoma Bar Association: Civility: The Foundation of Effective Lawyering. In this highly interactive workshop, participants will explore the importance of civility in resolving disputes from the perspectives of parties, their advocates and judges or ADR neutrals. Considering practice scenarios, participants will learn and practice communication skills that will allow them to drive consensus and productive conversations while navigating conflicts and disagreements.
