Man & Tsang LLP, an affiliate of FisherBroyles LLP, bolsters its Hong Kong practice with senior appointments across Insurance, Banking and IP

Hong Kong – Man & Tsang LLP, an affiliate of FisherBroyles LLP, today announces the appointment of three senior lawyers: Vinci Hon, who joins to head its Insurance practice; Michaelia Chan, who joins to head its Banking practice; and Valerie Suen, who joins to head its Intellectual Property practice.

Vinci Hon joins to head the HK Firm’s Insurance practice, bringing over 30 years of experience in insurance and financial services across both private practice and in-house roles. A qualified solicitor in Hong Kong and Australia, she most recently served as General Counsel for the Hong Kong and Mainland China branches of AIA.

Michaelia Chan joins to head the HK Firm’s Banking practice, with specialist experience in banking, finance and UK FCA and PRA regulatory matters. Dual-qualified in England & Wales and Hong Kong, she has served in-house as Head of Loan Documentation and Execution at the London branch of the Bank of East Asia, and has also practiced at leading firms in Hong Kong and London.

Valerie Suen joins to head the HK Firm’s Intellectual Property practice, with a particular focus on trademark and branding matters across Greater China. Having practiced at Hogan Lovells, Clifford Chance, and as a Partner at specialist IP firm Ellalan, she brings extensive experience across contentious and non-contentious IP matters and cross-border transactions.

Man & Tsang LLP anticipates further growth in its HK and APAC capabilities throughout 2026 and 2027, with additional practice area offerings to be announced in due course.
