Partner Jayne Reardon will present What’s a Judge to Do? The Ethics of Generative AI. Jayne will discuss the differences between generative AI and other technological advances and the unique challenges for judges, especially in considering new causes of action, reliability of evidence, and ordering disclosure of AI tools within the context of judges’ duty to promote the integrity and impartiality of the judiciary. The session will be interactive, and use case hypotheticals will be presented to the judges.
