Patricia Fugée will speak on The Future of Subchapter V: Discussing the ABI Task Force’s Final Report. The ABI is a large member organization for insolvency professionals, and it was instrumental in getting Congress to enact subchapter V of chapter 11 for small businesses. The ABI’s task force report is about how the new subchapter has been working in its first 4 years. Patricia is a subchapter V trustee, and is appointed in small business reorganization cases to help facilitate a plan of reorganization.
