Adam Abramowitz extensive knowledge of comprehensive estate planning and trust, estate, and charitable administration, provides clients with tailored strategies to achieve their long-term goals. Adam prides himself on conveying an understanding of the practical nature of each plan, knowing that the building blocks originate solely from a client’s goals and intentions. He is often overheard counseling clients to be proactive, not reactive with their planning objectives.

His experience spans trusts for future generations, charitable gift planning, disability coverage, and special needs planning, ensuring that every decision aligns with clients’ evolving needs. Adam also represents clients in trust and estate litigation, skillfully advocating for both beneficiaries and fiduciaries with a blend of legal knowledge and practical experience. He routinely advises on asset protection, family legacy preservation, and complex family dynamics, offering proactive solutions to prevent and resolve disputes efficiently.

Adam works extensively with the Washington D.C. Estate Planning Council on numerous initiatives in the metro area.

Deeply engaged in his community, Adam serves on the board of directors for Hearts & Homes for Youth, and Common Ground, Inc., and is a past member of the Charles E. Smith Life Communities Planning Giving Advisory Committee.
