Andrew (“Andy”) N. Claerbout is a seasoned patent attorney who brings a client-first perspective paired with deep technical grounding. He enhances the commercial value of innovations by crafting and executing robust global intellectual property strategies that protect and elevate products throughout their lifecycle.

Before entering law, Andy served as a product design engineer in the power industry—a foundation that informs his work in drafting patent applications, negotiating with patent offices, and coordinating national and international filing strategies aligned with business goals.
