Biography
Geena focuses her practice on estate planning, Florida domicile planning, estate administration, and trust administration for high-net-worth clients. She brings a highly personalized approach and assists individual clients regarding all aspects of estate planning, trust and estate administration, and family wealth transfers. She also represents charitable organizations, national banks, and other corporate fiduciaries requiring legal representation in matters involving estates and trusts. She is experienced in the preparation of wills, the preparation and funding of revocable and irrevocable trusts, decanting irrevocable trusts, and the preparation of powers of attorney and other ancillary estate planning documents. Geena drafts estate planning documents for high net-worth clients and handles complex trust administration and probate proceedings for complicated estates.
Geena has been named as a Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America for Trusts and Estates and Litigation – Trusts and Estates; (2025). She has also been selected by Naples Illustrated magazine as a “Top Lawyer” – Trusts and Estates (2024) and was selected as a Florida Super Lawyer “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers magazine (2024).
Geena is a member of The Florida Bar, the Florida Association of Women Lawyers, and the Collier County Women’s Bar Association. She is a member of the Collier County Bar Association (CCBA), as well as prior Chair of the CCBA’s Trusts & Estates Section (2022-2023) and current Board Member and Director of the CCBA’s Young Lawyer Section (2022 – present). Geena is a board member of the Estate Planning Council of Naples (EPC) and is a current board member of the Collier County Bar Foundation. Outside the legal community, Geena is an active member of the Young Professionals of Naples. Geena is a graduate of the Naples Chamber of Commerce Associate Leadership Collier (formerly GAIN) Class of 2021.
