This career path has given him broad and varied general corporate experience that comprises transactional matters (mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and divestitures), public and private financings, securities law compliance and corporate governance, crisis management, counseling a company’s executive management team and the independent directors of its board, and high-stakes litigation and arbitration management, including SEC enforcement investigation proceedings.
