Ms. Cochran provides FisherBroyles with over twenty years of experience in sales, business strategy, and managing human capital.  She has helped grow FisherBroyles from a mid-size firm of under 70 partners to one of the largest distributed law firms in the world.  She plays a key role in structuring the FisherBroyles suite of technology resources, building the accounting and conflicts teams, and growing the firm’s world-class support staff.

As part of the firm’s executive management team, Ms. Cochran works with other firm leaders overseeing application of the FisherBroyles compensation formula and other firm policies to meet the evolving challenges presented by the 21^st century practice of law.  As a proud Indigenous American, she serves on the firm’s Culture and Inclusion Committee and enjoys writing about how the firm’s inclusive structure fosters organic diversity.

Ms. Cochran’s primary responsibilities as COO include hiring and managing FisherBroyles employees, establishing and managing vendor relationships, and overseeing the firm’s partner resources to ensure each partner has the necessary tools to thrive in the Law Firm 2.0® model.
