Sarah Null is a partner with FisherBroyles, LLP practicing in the firm’s Corporate Department and its Finance Practice.

Sarah’s practice focuses on the representation of public and private corporate borrowers, private equity funds, and financial institutions in a wide range of financing transactions, including acquisition financings, cross-border transactions, syndicated and bilateral financings, asset-based and cash flow transactions, secured and unsecured credit facilities, and first and second lien transactions. She also regularly counsels clients regarding ongoing compliance with their financing arrangements.
