Biography

Jennifer focuses her practice on the representation of planned communities including condominiums, cooperatives and homeowner associations. She provides general counsel to her association clients regarding governance, enforcement, contract review and negotiations, daily operation and administration and ensures compliance with Florida and federal laws. Jennifer also assists her association clients with the collection of assessments and amending their governing documents.
