Participated in transactions relating to:

The sale of shares and assets of a leading global companies engaged in the manufacturing of home appliances, construction of farm tractors, international telemarketing company, and heavy trucks and farm tractors.

Corporate M&A transactions of the largest US companies in the gaming, pulp and paper, mining, automotive, glass, synthetic fibers field, crane and transportation sectors, and real estate. Assisted AB InBev to close the biggest deal in Mexico’s history following its acquisition of the Mexican brewer. The deal between the world’s largest brewer, AB InBev, and Mexico’s largest beer group, Modelo, concluded with the complete divestiture of the Mexican brewer’s business in the US.

Incorporated and represents or represented, among others, the subsidiaries of The Hershey Company in Nuevo León and Jalisco; Niagara Water (one of the largest and most prominent bottled water manufacturers in North America), Callaway Golf Company, Top Golf Mexico, SIMAS (a water treatment and public supply company in Saltillo, Coahuila), and assisted Constellation Brands (which owns a premium portfolio of iconic brands including Corona Extra, Modelo Especial, Kim Crawford, Meiomi, The Prisoner, Svedka Vodka, and High West Whiskey) in setting up its facilities in Baja California. He also incorporated and assists Polaris (the world leader in powersports and off-road innovation) as well as Indian Motorcycles (America’s first motorcycle company). Additionally, he has represented British American Tobacco (the world’s most international tobacco group), USF Freightways, and Yellow Roadway (the largest full-service transloading provider in North America). He assists Danfoss (the second-largest manufacturer in Denmark of machinery and equipment), and Grundfos (the global leader in advanced pump solutions and water technology). Further, he has represented a world leader in apparel and accessories, a global market leader in subordinated debt since 1996 (a financial institution), the global leader in analytics business process services, the world’s largest business commerce network (an American software and IT services company), one of the top ten global manufacturers and providers of visual technology (CRT monitors, LCDs, projectors, plasma displays, HDTV technology, and mobile products including Mini and All-in-One PCs and wireless monitors), the maker of top-selling UHD TVs and America’s #1 Sound Bar Company, one of the largest electronic products manufacturers globally (a premier producer of powerful, energy-efficient, long-lasting batteries), as well as Ainsworth Game Technology (the first and second-largest gaming machine companies). He has also worked with the worldwide leader in customer experience management and business process outsourcing, one of the world’s 20 largest suppliers and development partners to the automotive industry, several onshore and hybrid coil tubing drilling rig service providers, two of the largest Mexican conglomerates founded in Nuevo León producing electrical components, oil and gas infrastructure, food, and cold meat products, and Benavides, a subsidiary of Walgreens Boots Alliance.
