Biography

Lawrence Robins is a trademark and copyright attorney focused on U.S. and global brand protection at scale and serves as Chair of FisherBroyles’ Brand Management Practice Group. He is the attorney of record for hundreds of pending and registered U.S. trademarks. He manages the prosecution, maintenance, and strategic coordination of hundreds of corresponding foreign trademark applications and registrations worldwide. His work emphasizes building trademark and copyright programs that function as integrated business systems that support growth, risk control, and brand value rather than as isolated legal formalities.

He serves as lead counsel in trademark, copyright, unfair-competition, and advertising matters nationwide, with extensive experience before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB). He is recognized in the World Trademark Review 1000 for trademark enforcement, litigation, prosecution, and strategic portfolio management.

His practice centers on global trademark portfolio architecture, lifecycle management, and enforcement across both physical and digital markets. He advises clients in entertainment and gaming, software and AI-driven platforms, education and testing, consumer products, retail and e-commerce, healthcare, food and beverage, furniture and interior design, and other brand-intensive industries with significant online exposure.

Operating within FisherBroyles’ distributed law firm model, he integrates artificial intelligence, automation, and data-driven workflows into trademark prosecution, portfolio maintenance, monitoring, and enforcement. His systems-oriented approach supports high-volume domestic and international portfolios, large-scale online infringement and domain-name enforcement, and coordinated multi-jurisdictional brand protection programs optimized for precision, speed, and cost efficiency.
