Our Brand Management Group advises clients on selecting, building, protecting, enforcing, and monetizing their brands and trademarks worldwide. Our team advises clients on trademarks, copyrights, designs, and domain name protection, as well as strategic counseling to help clients develop, maintain, enforce, and grow their brand portfolios. We have extensive experience in fields of law affecting brands and their value, including tax, licensing, advertising, brand valuation, and social media. With over 30 practitioners and over 11,000 trademarks under management, we are one of the largest legal practices specializing in trademark prosecution, portfolio management, licensing, litigation, and counseling.

We counsel on copyright issues in major global transactions and structure innovative arrangements for licensing copyrighted materials. We are experts in United States Copyright Office registration procedures and deposit requirements, particularly as they relate to software and other digital media and secure tests. We advise on copyright usage policies and provide compliance and fair use counseling for the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
